Your first Contact Lens Consultation
Contact lenses can be discussed with the optometrist during your routine eye examination and a prescription can be made. This appointment is bulk billed through Medicare
Fit Teach and Follow Up Consultations
If it is your first time using contact lenses a consultation is required in order to check the fit of the trial lens and teach you how to look after them and take them in and out. This consultation is an out of pocket expense of $80.
If you have previous and sound experience using contact lenses we can trial you new contact lenses after your intial consultation and see you after with the contact lenses in to check the fit and ensure all is well. This consultation is an out of pocket expense of $40
Need to replenish your contact lenses?
If you are an existing contact lens patient at Lake and Valley Optical you can replenish your current and up to date contact lens prescription by simply clicking on our secure form below.
Please note that contact lens prescriptions are only valid for 12 months.
A new prescription and eye examination is required after 12 months.
